Payments by Credit Card

To make a payment by credit card, please contact Better Together Weddings at 407.900.8207. For the utmost security, credit card payments are taken over the phone. For processing payments, we utilize Square, a well-known, secure payment processing vendor. More information about Square can be found at https://squareup.com/.


Better Together Weddings does not store any credit card information and does not have access to your card information once your payment is processed.  A receipt for your transaction will immediately be emailed or sent by text message to you while you are on the phone with us, immediately upon payment approval.

Deposit Amounts for our Ceremony Packages are as follows:

$200 Deposit

Deposits for receptions vary and will be disclosed in the proposal we provide for reception events.

Payments by Check

To make a payment by check, please make check payable to

Please include your wedding date and what your check is for on the memo line. Please remember that dates and times cannot be reserved until your deposit check is received in our office.

Note: a deposit can be made using your debit card using the Paypal button above.

Refund and Privacy Policies

For Cancellations:

If you cancel within seventy-two (72) hours of booking, all monies paid will be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund of your deposit in cases of cancellation after the seventy-two (72) hour window has passed. If you cancel fourteen (14) or more days prior to your scheduled event date, we will provide a refund of all monies paid minus the deposit minus any other costs incurred. An itemized list of incurred costs will be provided to you with your refund. All deposits are non-transferable. If money is being refunded to a credit card, a 3.5% service fee will be subtracted.

If cancellation is within fourteen (14) days of your event, unfortunately we will not be able to provide a refund.

For Postponements:

  • Any deposits/payments will be applied to your new date.
  • Deposits are non-transferable.
  • Deposits/payments are applicable for up to one (1) year from the originally-scheduled ceremony date. After that, a new deposit and service agreement are needed.
  • Postponements will be honored if notice is given fourteen (14) or more days prior to your ceremony date. If within the fourteen (14) days of the date of your event, we will be not able to postpone your event and no refunds will be issued. Please remember that your marriage license is only valid for a certain amount of time after you obtain it.  Please keep this in mind when deciding on a new date if you postpone.

Two Hearts Better Together Weddings is committed to providing its customers with the highest level of transaction processing security, safeguarding customer information and combating fraud. Credit card numbers are never stored by Better Together Weddings.
